[The past week had all sorts of weird things going on. Things that Lugia found confusing and hard to understand now that he was back to his normal self. Though he wouldn't remain his normal self for very long.

Thanks to the erratic shifts going on throughout Luceti, Lugia wakes up one day much younger and much smaller.

His journal is with him, and now that he's of a much smaller size, he can actually somewhat use it.

Thus the curious baby Pokemon flips it open, staring in wonder at all the voices coming from it. Somehow he manages to activate it and decides to talk to all the voices! He's still young and hasn't yet developed his telepathy skills, thus he's making the squealing noises that baby Lugias typically make. Which are then translated into words.]

HI! MY NAME IS LUGIA AND I'M A POKEMON!

[Lugia then eventually finds his way to town thanks to the rivers that flow through it.

About the size of a large dog, he can be seen walking around the center of the village. Peering curiously into windows, wandering through any open doors, or splashing around in the fountain.]

So why does your face turn red?

[That's so much easier to answer.] W-well, it can happen for a number of reasons really. [She won't say which one is occurring right now though.] Being embarrassed, ashamed, angry. [And other reasons, but Lugia doesn't need to know that.] Those are a few things that can cause someone's face to get red.

So you wear clothes because if you don't it makes you angry and embarrassed and ashamed and makes your face turn red!

[Simple logic.]

W-well, not all at the same time! Exclude angry and you've pretty much got it. T-though there might be other times when it's just one or the other.

But why does not having clothes make you embarrassed? I'm not embarrassed.

[There's nothing wrong with not having clothes!]

Because...because... [Oh boy.] I don't know? [Actually, if she took a minute to think about it she would know, BUT BABY LUGIA DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THAT! NO SIR.]

[He sounds a little disappointed, but perks up again after a moment.]
