First Song - [Action]
[The morning of the 15th will find a large white creature sprawled out on the farmlands. As the sun rises, the beast begins to stir and eventually it raises its head to look up at unfamiliar skies.
Where was he? What was going on? Last thing he remembered he was sleeping deep within the ocean. So then how did he get on land? The most disturbing thing that struck him though, was that he could no longer sense Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno, or any Pokemon for that matter. A panic began to rise within him and he quickly raised himself to his feet. An unfamiliar pain also making itself known on his back.
A loud cry ripped from his throat as he looked around, his wings spread wide.
What was this place? It's completely foreign to him! He continues to roar, almost sounding as if he's trying to call someone.
Later, after he's had time to calm down, Lugia will be flying over the village and land within its center. He's curious about it as he can sense a few Pokemon here and there. He looks at the fountain and begins to walk around, perhaps not paying as close attention to where he's going as he should be considering he's much larger than the general populace.
After spending time around the village, he flies from it and discovers one of the lakes. The giant legendary Pokemon quickly diving into its depths which are far more shallow than what he's use to.]

MONSTER TAKE FANCY TO STRONG WINNER?

To which tower are you referring?
[Cause well... HIS tower was already destroyed. A long time ago, you know.]

I am not familiar with these islands.

[And your point little person? This is bringing up unpleasant memories it is.]

THE TOWER IS BUILT FOR POCKET MONSTERS TO PRACTISE BUDDHISM
no subject
[Lugia is unsure how to reply to this. So instead he figures its probably best for him to depart. Thus the legendary turns around and starts moving back into the water. Good bye strange little human.]
no subject
Whoa!
no subject
Does this belong to you?
no subject
Ehh...are you-a talking to me...?
no subject
no subject
Ah...excuse us, but may we speak with you for a moment? [Provided that it can in fact speak, and if not, at least Pansage would still be able to speak with it, right?]
no subject
What do you wish to discuss?
[Obviously he can speak, but not in the usual means as it is projected into Cilan's mind psychicly.]
no subject
Amazing...ahem, yes, I was curious to know who you are and what you are doing here. [He thinks its a friendly Pokemon, so it wasn't bothering any of the townspeople here, right? Granted, this isn't the kingdom of Pallet and the matters of Luceti might not really be any of his business, but it's still important to try to keep the peace and help others no matter where you go!] Do you need any assistance?
no subject
[Though he tilts his head slightly at the second part of the question.]
I was brought here, the same as you were, and I am seeking any other Pokemon.
no subject
Well, it's an honor to meet you, Lugia. [He gives a formal bow in greeting to the guardian of the sea.] I am Cilan, a Pokemon Sorcerer, and this is Pansage, one of my companions.
[The Pansage gives a slight bow as well from where it is clinging to Cilan's shoulder. Unlike Cilan, however, Pansage is not quite as affected by the shift as Cilan is, so some questions might be better channeled through to it, at least in regards to what its trainer is really like outside of his odd get-up that he's wearing at the moment.]
no subject
[But then there's a first time for everything right? Lugia is not yet familiar with shifts but he doesn't think too much of it either. Instead he dips his head to look at Pansage.]
Tell me, how many other Pokemon are here? And how are you coping with this world?
no subject
[As for Pansage, who nods and is more than happy to converse with Lugia too: Including ourselves, there are...about fifteen or twenty of us? Maybe more. It hasn't had the chance to meet everyone here yet, but despite there being nowhere near as many as there are back in Unova, there are still some Pokemon here!
And we've been doing pretty well here so far! We've been making friends during our stay, and...well, you're certainly never bored here, that's for sure... (And here, it makes a slight gesture towards its trainer, the "Pokemon Sorcerer", as if to say "just look at how our trainer is acting right now"...)]
no subject
[Lugia can respect someone who uses their abilities, along with their Pokemon, for the good of all.
He then looks to Pansage and nods his understanding. Red did tell him that strange things were happening right now.]
no subject
[It's something he definitely wants to try to succeed in, especially to make up for some of his behavior previously before he was enlisted to help the kingdom of Luceti. (...Or so he believes anyway, thanks to the shift in effect. Pansage could tell you that "Pokemon Sorcerer Cilan" is not how its trainer normally introduces himself, but it doesn't see the harm in it, so it's been happy to go along with the charade for now.)]

They decide to investigate - more so Red and Pikachu do, really, with Pikachu acting a guide towards the origin. Red soon realises where the path leads though when they're on it, putting Snorlax back into his pokéball for the distance it takes to get to where they're heading.
The farmland.
Red knows the place, helping to take care of it (though not so much with his ditto body, despite a visit or two anyway). He enters the area with Pikachu taking the lead, Ivysaur catching up to the Red who has taken a form like his original human body, but with a ditto face and pinkish colour to his person. Closing into the area, his thoughts turned to Hamal, the creature that lived there, and whether he was okay. The ditto face was definitely less cheerful and more concerned-appearing.
So hello Lugia, a group of pokémon(-ish) coming in on your location. Who will all be rather amazed at the sight of you upon seeing you. ]
no subject
With a flap of his wings, he lifts into the air briefly before setting down right in front of them. His neck craning downward to get a better look. And while the boy looked indeed like a boy... he could tell that he was a Pokemon instead, and he didn't need to see his face to know that either.]
no subject
Are you okay? Can you understand me?
[ Being a pokémon currently gave the advantage of at least being able to speak to them, though Red understood that not all strange and unknown beasts meant they were pokémon. ]
no subject
[Lugia looks the Pokemon over carefully.]
Where am I? What is this place?
[Perhaps they at least can explain things to him.]
no subject
[ He says it without allowing himself to think about it, though there's at least an excuse on his end with everything being so odd at the current time. Aren't they just somebody turned because everything is so weird right now? But seeing no reason for the creature to ask such a question for no reason, Red decides to explain. ]
We're in Luceti - or, this is a farm... [ He looks around where they are, then back to the bird. ] But they call the whole area Luceti. There's a village that way.
[ He turns to point in the direction. Then, looking back, he wonders about how much they do know. Nothing at all? But he's never yet been one to explain anything about Luceti, and it's strange to imagine himself explaining it...
But is it fair not to try? ]
I can tell you what I know... there's even a guide that goes into a lot of stuff I can read if you wanted me to. But I should tell you, something really strange is going on right now. Some people aren't people anymore.
no subject
Anything you can tell me would be appreciated.
[He's not exactly well equipped to use the journals after all.]
no subject
Bringing the guide up and looking for a page to begin, he speaks in a loud and clear voice, so that the pokémon can hear him well. ]
One of the most important things to know is that this world is not your world. Many people are gathered here from different... maybe different dimensions, times and universes. Some might not be willing to accept that, right you shouldn't, but please don't harm yourselves. Um...
One of the things you notice is... oh! [ He looks up from the journal. ] Everyone gets wings when they come here - kinda. My pokémon didn't, but I did.
[ He bends forward, so Lugia can see the wings still present on him. ]
So I guess you might be okay? But you'll see humans and more with wings everywhere.
no subject
The little wings then. I had noticed them.
[It was hard not to. The legendary folding his own massive pair and turning his neck to see the smaller violet wings on his back. It seems that -this- Pokemon does have them.]
no subject
What are you? Or-- what's your name? ... are you a pokémon?
[ Since he hadn't yet figured that part out. ]
no subject
I am Lugia, guardian of the seas, and yes I am a Pokemon.
no subject
[ Hearing that almost makes him want to get up just from the excitement that jolts in his body. ]
You're a legendary!
[ Ivysaur, being the less knowledgeable of the legendaries, tilts her head and looks from Lugia to Red. Snorlax at least has more of a reaction, being more older (well, by a little) and wild than Pikachu and Ivysaur. He might have lived in the mountains, but you know the tales about the guardians, even if he doesn't remember much beyond a title and a name. ]
I'm Red! I'm a trainer from Kanto! [ His name or place of origin might not mean much to a legendary, but he still feels compelled to share it. He gives a quick bow of his head, as respectable of one he can give at that moment, though the pause does allow his voice enough time to calm. ]
It's an honour to meet you, Lugia. I heard about you in school.
no subject
You have? What do they say about me?
[He spends most of his time at he bottom of the ocean after all, and he doesn't really know much of what happens with the humans who live on the land.]
no subject
[ Hm, how did the classes go...? ]
You're popular in the Johto region. You're the guardian of the seas, and then there's a bird that's a guardian of the skies...? And you're rarely seen, except... with storms?
[ Ah, but. ]
There's people here who I bet might know more about you though. I've heard more about the birds like- Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno!
no subject
That is all true. The guardian of the skies you are referring to is Ho-oh.
[Yes... he's well acquainted with that bird. Not exactly in the best of ways though. However he then looks a little surprised.]
You know of the three titans?
no subject
Yeah. They're popular in Kanto, especially with the bird trainers. Are you... friends?
[ Legendaries can be friends, right. ]
no subject
[... Which is exactly what just about happened before he arrived here. Thankfully the incident had been resolved and the birds calmed once again.]
no subject
Was that what the movie with 'the world turns to Ash' was about because that's all I remember about it.]I never heard about that... no one really knows that much about them where I'm from. Just that they're incredibly strong birds of prey.
no subject
Yeeeep. Disturb not the harmony of fire, ice, or lightning. Lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash. Though the water's great guardian shall rise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail, thus the earth shall turn to ash. Oh chosen one, from the trio of islands, ancient spheres shall you take. For between life and death, all the difference you'll make. Uh.. something something bring together all three, their treasures combined tames the best of the sea. And somewhere in there something about the world being healed by the guardian's song. Blah blah. You get the idea. 8D I can't believe I even have that much memorized.]They are indeed powerful. It is for this reason that they must be kept separate on their own islands.
no subject
Just wait until I canon update Red and screw up your legend, bro.Mewtwo best movie. ]
Oh, do you know what they look like then? Because my friend... [ Turned into what I totally think is Zapdos and and and-- no, maybe this should wait. ] Uhh, well, I'll tell you later. I should keep going through this for you.
[ He looks back down to his book. ] Is there anything you really want to know first? I can try and skip to it if there's a section. There probably is. It's pretty long.
no subject
[He had just been fighting them not long before he got here. However, Red then changes the subject, which he doesn't mind.]
You may start at the beginning.
no subject
[ Right, where was he. Let me just bring that guide back up. ]
Okay, so you get wings... but you don't wanna do anything to them, 'cause if anything does happen to them, you'll get hurt too. It'll hurt really badly, so don't let anything happen to them, okay?
Also... oh, there's a branding, like a tattoo on you somewhere. But it doesn't do anything. I always forget about it.
[ Hmm, what else... the stuff about death doesn't seem very relevant, and Lugia doesn't need to know about cycles of arrival and departure, does he? Oh, but kidnapping, let's read this over... ]
Sometimes, things called droids might come and try and kidnap you? People called the Malnossos - or a rogue faction of them - come and kidnap and perform experiments on you. But it doesn't seem like they know why they happen? Just that they do. And people don't seem to remember anything about them, I think. I spoke to a guy after he got kidnapped, but he couldn't find anything wrong with himself.
[ He's actually going back to the contents page now, looking at the titles. ]
How about I talk about the Malnosso? They're important - and the Third Party, and the war.
no subject
He nods occasionally, committing things to memory.]
Very well. The Malnosso are the ones who kidnap those here with the droids. Are they the ones keeping us captive as well?
no subject
Let's see... The Malnosso Organisation are responsible for our current imprisonment within the barrier. Our seclusion... is only a small part of a bigger world, and there's more inhabitants on the outside too. But we live differently from them? Hmm...
[ Reading on! ] Oh, I think what's going on now is called a shift? They run shifts, also called experiments, and they can last a few days to a few weeks... and they usually happen at the end of a month or not at all. And the reason for them is to find a way to send people home?
[ Red looks at himself, his pokémon, then at Lugia, frowning a little. ]
I guess it didn't work this time.
